We are a specialist supplier of water wash photopolymer plates, processing equipment and digital presses.

Dantex is based in the UK, with a global presence, the company has wholly-owned subsidiary companies in Germany and France as well as Sales and Distribution in the USA, Austria, Holland and Poland. Dantex has a network of fully trained distributors across 30 countries which provide after-sales service, technical and engineering support.

Digital Solutions

 

Dantex Digital is the division responsible for the development of our digital printing presses. Dantex PicoColour and PicoJet Digital Printing presses have been developed by our Advance Engineering Team, offering optimum performance digital label printing solutions to the industry.

PicoColour and PicoJet are manufactured in Dantex’s purpose-built facility, using state-of-the-art engineering, by our highly qualified and trained engineers.

We also offer Esko Artwork Digital Flexo and Letterpress plate imaging systems (Spark CTP) with fully integrated Esko workflow. 

Water Wash Plates And Processing

 

Torelief and Aquaflex letterpress and flexo water wash photopolymer plates are produced in a wide variety of types and sizes, and to the highest standards. They are quick and simple to make and easy to use; offering superior ink transfer with lower ink consumption, long, consistent press-life and superb quality results! Dantex is a specialist manufacturer of water wash plate processing systems. Our AQF range has been specially designed and built for use with Dantex plates; choose from dedicated photopolymer plate exposure and fully automated inline plate processing systems and combination units. Our plates enjoy the fastest wash times in the world today, giving you repeatedly excellent results, fast and as our plates are processed using water wash technology with no harsh chemicals, we’re a greener alternative too!
