Karen Stevens, president of the Missouri converter, says the press resulted in ink savings of 20% compared to its replacement – a number expected to grow.
The company presented three hybrid label presses – the new toner-based Digital Pro MAX and two inkjet/hybrid presses: Digital Series HD and Digital Series iQ.
Digiflex uses low-migration inks suitable for food packaging while allowing for the printing of variable data such as QR codes, barcodes, numbering and more.
