Features include digital print finishing, manufacturing multi-layer labels, and reduced press material waste.

Rotary Technologies, Inc., Orlando, FL announces the new Series 3 Servo 3000 Infeed + Reregister System. The Series 3 offers all the benefits of previous models with digital print finishing, manufacturing multi-layer labels, and reduced press material waste.

New features of the Series 3 include “Smart Machine," an intelligent machine diagnostic tool to spot issues with the material or press; and “Servo Talk 3," a cloud-based remote communication package allowing simple and instant access for Rotary technicians, and includes an IP camera for visual inspection.

These new features allow the Series 3 to be customer installed. To further simplify installation and operation a video manual with step-by-step guidance is available.

The Series 3 also has a new look. Reinforced 3/4" aluminum covers and side plates with radius edges prevent damage when moving the Servo 3000 from press to press. For increased safety the Servo 3000 is completely enclosed with interlocked guards. A single-multi-color LED status light keeps the operator informed on running conditions.

The Series 3 marks the 10th anniversary of the Servo 3000 and celebrates over 260 installations worldwide.
