Glennon Group sold to Pro Mach’s ID Technology

Pro Mach Inc., of Cincinnati, OH, USA, announced Monday that its ID Technology division has acquired The Glennon Group, a provider of labeling, marking and packaging systems and services based in Pewaukee, WI, USA.

ID Technology, which is based in Fort Worth, TX, USA, designs, manufactures and integrates custom identification systems and is a provider of labeling, coding and marking equipment, service and supplies. The division operates 11 US offices and is part of Pro Mach’s Identification and Tracking Business Unit. The Glennon Group will become part of ID Technology.
