Rayven Inc., a provider of laminating, coating and converting services, will break ground on a new manufacturing facility in Owatonna, MN, USA, doubling the company’s manufacturing space. Rayven’s current facility has 31,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 6,000 square feet of office space. To accommodate increased demand for release liner and graphic arts products, Rayven is building a 30,000 square foot manufacturing plant.
“Our expansion is a result of our continued growth,” says Joe Heinemann, president. “The new facility will allow Rayven to meet increased demand and increase the company’s manufacturing capacity to manufacture specialty release liners.”
The new building will house two coating lines. One line will be moved from Rayven’s St. Paul, MN, location and a new 72" wide coating line will be added.
Plans are to have both lines running by July 2009. Rayven will break ground on the six-acre site in the Owatonna Industrial Park by the end of October. Completion of the building is planned for February 2009.
