The Tag & Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) will hold its ninth technical conference at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago September 8-10, 2009. The theme of this year’s technical conference is "Get Smart," a forum focusing on the day-to-day issues narrow web printers and converters are facing in the current marketplace.
Attendees will receive production and management ideas from industry experts that they can take back to their businesses and implement immediately. Some of the conference session topic highlights include prepress and plate technologies, maximizing profits in lean, application in action with digital printing, and inside of printed electronics. In addition to these topics, attendees will learn more information aimed at helping them grow their businesses and increase profits during these turbulent economic times.
