Radius Solutions Ltd. has announced that Fred Rosenzweig, president of EFI, will keynote its upcoming annual users conference in Chicago, July 21-23. Kenneth Stack, GM of EFI Jetrion inkjet systems, will also be a general session presenter at the event. EFI announced in April that it plans to acquire Radius Solutions, a developer of print management software.
This year’s conference will run for two and a half days, beginning with an executive track of general sessions on the first day. The event will open with an address from the president of the North America Users Group, Dennis Linnevers of Multi-Color Corporation, followed by a company update from Radius Solutions’ President and CEO David Taylor.
Rosenzweig will address ways to build customer intimacy by developing a culture of customer-driven product development and service. During his decade as president of the company, he has influenced its growth by adapting the organization’s development and distribution of products and solutions to address customers’ evolving needs.
Along with general sessions, the conference will feature a variety of client led sessions and Radius Solutions’ consultant led technical and operational break-out sessions. These sessions will provide opportunities for education and sharing best practices for the PECAS Vision application and its underlying technology. Areas such as Business Intelligence, Shop Floor Data Collection and Forecasting will be covered in detail. The addition of a Finance track is new this year, based on input from the user community.
