Acpo, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive roll label films, has introduced a clear polypropylene overlaminate on a clear polyester release liner to the converting market. Item N21010 features a clear BOPP with an ultra-clear emulsion acrylic adhesive system designed for smooth application with superior clarity for optimal aesthetics eliminating the concern for fish eyes and delivering exceptional wet out.
N21010 consists of a 1.0 M Clear BOPP non-topcoated face combined with an emulsion acrylic overlaminating adhesive and a 0.92 M polyester liner offering easy release and improved tension control on press.The adhesive is engineered for short term re-positionability and ultimate adhesion to a variety of substrates. N21010 offers acid, chemical and oil resistance and meets FDA files 21 CFR 175.105 and 21 CFR 177.152. For in-house testing, 6” sample rolls are available upon request.
