Conversource, a distributor of flexographic pressroom products, has been named agent and distributor for Alphasonics’ ultrasonic cleaning systems in North America. Conversource, based in St. Louis, MO, USA, will supply ultrasonic cleaning systems specific to the narrow web segment of flexographic printing, along with all associated products.
“This partnership represents an exciting opportunity for all concerned,” says Jeffrey Chosid, vice president of Conversource. “We will actively look to bring the excellent caliber of cleaning equipment that Alphasonics is known for to label and other narrow web flexo printers in the United States. We are not only equipment suppliers but we are stocking all related chemistry, meaning we are ready to serve both new and existing Alphasonics customers immediately.”
Alphasonics equipment includes the newest parts washing system, the AS100, and its new PW and PC plate cleaning ranges, as well as its established Dual Frequency anilox roll cleaning devices.
