March 7, 2011

Anilox and prepress education will be coupled with press demonstrations at the two host sites.

The Harper Road Show 2011 has planned more stops along its US route. On March 24 the educational program will set up shop in Cincinnati, OH, at the headquarters of Nilpeter USA. On March 30 it will take place at the Green Bay, WI, headquarters of Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC). In addition to educational presentations on anilox rolls and a variety of other printing and converting topics, visitors will see demonstrations of presses manufactured by the host companies.

For the Cincinnati show – the second of eight stops on the 2011 circuit -- Harper technical experts will be joined by representatives from FlexoWash, Kodak, Tesa, Actega WIT, and Pacur. Early sessions will focus on the use and cleaning of anilox rolls, plates, mounting tape, ink and lenticular polymer technology. After lunch, Nilpeter will conduct a series of press demonstrations.

In Green Bay, eminars will be accompanied by live demonstrations of the Fusion and Aquaflex ELS-D presses. Experts will be on hand from PCMC Aquaflex, DuPont, RotoMetrics, Provident Group, Sun Chemical, 3M, Southern Graphics, Flint Group, Rotec, Actega Wit Ink, Kodak, Splash-Graphics, 360 Imaging, Klockner Plastics, FlexoWash, Green Bay Packaging, and FlexoTech Graphics, among others.
