The trade-only converter adds a third manufacturing plant to serve its eastern US distributor network.

Abbott Label has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to a third US market with the establishment of a production plant in Atlanta, GA. The company now has operations in Los Angeles, CA, and in Dallas, TX, where the headquarters is located.

The company purchased a 40,000 square foot building in Atlanta to better serve its distributors through continued development of operational and logistical strategies, says Rich Standish, head of new business development.

Custom label capabilities include four color process labels up to 17" wide, eight-color printing, UL/UL-C compliant labels, security labels, special adhesive labels, printing on liner, printing on adhesive, UV coating, laminating, thousands of dies, and an in-house art department.
