Tailored Label Products, Inc. (TLP), a custom manufacturer of engineered labels and diecut adhesives, announced that it has acquired the Label Products Division of Stratix Corporation, a leader in enterprise mobility systems to Fortune 500 clients.

Based in Norcross, GA, USA, the Label Products Division of Stratix Corp. is a custom converter of labels and tags. The purchase will improve both capacity and geographic presence for TLP in an effort to better serve those in the custom label, tag, and adhesive components markets nationwide.

Mike Erwin, president of TLP, says, “Capitalizing on the strengths of both businesses allows TLP the opportunity to support Stratix in continuing their distribution of labeling related services, build up greater support for our existing TLP clients in the region and strengthen our sales team in the greater Atlanta area. TLP’s national growth efforts include new offices in the Midwest and South East and will now have an operational base in the greater Atlanta marketplace.”

Associates of the Label Products Division of Stratix Corp. were integrated into Tailored Label Products, Inc. at the close of the acquisition. A standalone facility has been developed in the
Atlanta area to house the regional production and distribution support. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

TLP is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, USA.
