Global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of America has announced the first stop of its annual Roadshow tour. The 2013 Harper SMART Roadshow will kick off in Chesterfield, Missouri, at the Campus of Mark Andy Incorporated on Wednesday, March 27.
The 2013 SMART tour is designed around this acronym, which stands for "Showcasing Modern Anilox Roll Technology." Through the six stops, Harper and its industry-leading OEM partners will provide attendees with information regarding the latest in flexographic technology and best practices. Additionally, participants in the 2013 Roadshow will learn how to improve efficiency and competitiveness in the workplace.
During the Chesterfield stop, event guests will engage in seminars presented by industry leaders from FTA, Harper Corporation, Flint Group, FlexoWash, TESA, MacDermid, and Rotometrics. The new Harper HEX division will be introduced and, to close the event, Mark Andy Incorporated will give attendees press demonstrations and tours of the production facility.
This event is complimentary to industry professionals and is a wonderful networking and educational opportunity for print managers and supervisors, pre-press managers, graphic designers, ink, plate, and pre-press suppliers, operators, and purchasing and general managers. Because space is limited, Harper Corporation encourages interested professionals to register as soon as possible.
To date, the Harper team has confirmed five additional stops on the 2013 SMART Roadshow, including Charlotte, North Carolina (5/16), Cincinnati, Ohio (6/6), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (7/25), Green Bay, Wisconsin (date to be announced), and Atlanta, Georgia (11/5).
