Kocher + Beck extends flex die service hours

August 6, 2013

The change particularly benefits West Coast customers, who will be able to reach representatives until 5pm PST.

In an ongoing effort to provide customers with the best possible service, Kocher + Beck has extended its customer service phone hours. The company’s representatives can now be reached during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm CST
Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm CST

The extended hours allows Kocher + Beck to provide even higher levels of support and service going forward. “We always want to give our customers the very best service we can. Some companies make their customers jump through hoops or work around their schedule, but at Kocher + Beck, our customers come first,” says David Morris, executive VP.

Representatives are available to businesses across the country for their entire workday. The change particularly benefits West coast customers, who will be able to reach representatives until 5pm PST.

This latest move demonstrates Kocher + Beck’s commitment to it's core tenet if remaining “close to its customers around the world.” Although customers have always had the option to email their representative, a phone call allows customers to connect immediately and make the personal connections that go a long way in any business.
