Sun Chemical launches customer-focused website

November 5, 2013

In addition to improved functionality and increased search capability, it is the first time Sun Chemical has included an “innovation” section on its website.

Sun Chemical launched a new customer-focused global website at www.sunchemical.com that improves functionality and makes it easier for customers to find products and services that meet their needs.

“We went into this project with customers in mind,” says Felipe Mellado, chief marketing officer, Sun Chemical. “We wanted to make our website a place where customers can feel welcome and learn more about the wide variety of solutions – including both products and services – that Sun Chemical offers. It needed to be a place where they can find what they are looking for and discover innovations that will help their businesses in the future. The redesign of our website does that. Whether our customer visiting the site is a flexo printer, a coatings formulator, or a packaged goods brand owner, this website will help them discover solutions to address their business needs. It is another way we are working for our customers.”

In addition to improved functionality and increased search capability, it is the first time Sun Chemical has included an “innovation” section on its website. The section highlights a variety of new products and services that Sun Chemical offers ranging from electronic materials, special effect coatings and low migration inks to brand protection and brand color management.

The new site also helps to keep customers informed about developments of interest to them with the use of white papers and videos, and provides up to date information on where to find Sun Chemical at upcoming trade shows and speaking engagements.
