The Safe Quality Food certification is at the company's Illinois flexible packaging plant.

AWT Labels & Packaging has announced it is now Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified in its South Elgin, IL, USA flexible packaging plant. SQF certification of the South Elgin plant was consistent with AWT’s commitment to well documented and implemented formal quality systems. "I want to specially thank three employees for their dedication to this one year long project – Tony Zagaros, South Elgin plant manager; Julie Yang, quality systems specialist; and Doreen Praschak, AWT director of quality."
