Along with the website’s informational resources, features like the art upload tool, quote and account management system have been redesigned to be faster and more user friendly to improve the ordering experience. In addition, customers now have the ability to access their account on any device allowing them to view their information anywhere at any time. Within their account, customers can view and approve artwork proofs in real time, track multiple orders, search order history/past labels, manage privacy settings for multiple users, and much more.
“This website is different from our previous versions as we factored in much more user experience and tools into building every aspect of the website. We feel this website will help us stay competitive in our industry,” adds Carmany.
