Core Systems Innovation has announced the release of its new CM8+ Manual Core Cutter. The newly designed machine has several upgraded features, most notably a locking chuck mechanism that holds used and warped cores in place during the cutting cycle.
“Having the ability to cut used cores and avoid land-filling warped or damaged cores saves time and money for today’s converters” says James Skelding, Core Systems Innovation president.
Other new features on the CM8+ include illuminated E-stop and Power-on control pushbuttons, a fully covered knife blade for increased operator safety, and an OSHA approved (electric) anti-tie down start controls. The CM8+ can cut ¾” to 6” diameter cores, and comes in 60” and 90” length models. 60” machines are in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
