UPM Raflatac says its Americas operation is implementing key initiatives and organizational changes to help drive future growth and enhance quality and service for its customers. These changes include the appointment of two vice presidents.

Mark Pollard was recently appointed senior vice president, Americas, after serving in his previous role of vice president, sales and marketing for several years. Pollard joined the company in 1995 and has since accumulated over 19 years of experience in the pressure sensitive labeling industry.

“Our ultimate objective is to help customers expand their businesses by delivering a wide range of high performance paper and film products supported by technical expertise and the most attentive service in the industry,” Pollard says.

To further the company’s goal of responsive and committed service, Kevin Foos has been appointed vice president, sales for the Americas. Kevin brings 18 years of industry experience to UPM Raflatac and has held positions specializing in films and metallized papers, ranging from customer service, to product management and operations, to global sales.

“I am excited to join UPM Raflatac and help integrate customer focus into all that we do,” says Foos. “Every member of our team will be working to encourage the success of our customers, and I am looking forward to playing a vital role.”
