July 21, 2014

SESC will manage Southeastern US sales of Pillar’s surface treatment product lines for both common and specialty applications.

Pillar Technologies, a manufacturer of advanced surface treatment and induction cap sealing systems, has announced the addition of Southeastern Engineering Sales Company (SESC) to its growing network of worldwide surface treatment representatives.

SESC will manage sales in the Southeastern US region, and will specifically offer Pillar’s surface treatment product lines for both common and specialty applications in film extrusion, coating, printing, paper, metallized, foil and textile-related segments.

“We see solid end market synergies between Pillar’s surface treatment technologies and our represented line of web management systems. And what we’re very excited about are Pillar’s new design innovations for its corona, ozone destruction, atmospheric plasma, and ozone generation products. We look forward to working with Pillar Technologies to expand their presence in the Southeast region,” says SESC General Manager Darrell Harrison.

“SESC has served the converting industry for over 30 years and has an outstanding reputation. And since their incorporation in 1994, SESC has become recognized as a leading technical resource in the effective management of converting webs. By joining forces with experienced and knowledgeable Representatives like the SESC team, Pillar Technologies can be assured that our surface treatment solutions will reach leading converters within the market, says Steve Helker, Pillar Regional Sales Manager.
