Epson announced its LabelWorks LW-600P portable label printer was named a finalist in the Devices & Gadgets category of CTIA’s 2014 Hot for the Holidays Awards competition. This competition recognizes the latest mobile consumer electronics, including gadgets and accessories to the connected car and home. The awards ceremony will take place at the Connected Life Zone stage on Wednesday, September 10 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.
The Epson LabelWorks LW-600P is the first readily available app-enabled label printer of its kind, offering users the ability to wirelessly print labels from iOS and Android devices. The lightweight, portable label printer uses Bluetooth connectivity to connect to both smartphones and tablets.
