RadTech, a non-profit trade association dedicated to promoting the use and development of UV and EB processing, has announced plans to launch UV+EB Technology – a magazine covering all aspects of the ultraviolet and electronic beam industries. It is slated for release in March 2015.
The publication will include application case studies, industry news and new product announcements, in addition to other topics. It will expand on the current RadTech Report, which will subsequently be discontinued in 2015.
“UV and EB technologies continue to grow in a variety of applications and throughout a diverse group of industries,” says Mickey Fortune, senior director of marketing and business development, RadTech International North America. “This new magazine will focus on emerging trends and new applications in the UV and EB community.”
Fortune adds: “UV+EB Technology will stay true to its roots – with full dedication to the technical aspects of ultraviolet and electron beam processes – as directed by the Editorial Board of RadTech.”
UV+EB Technology will reach an estimated audience of more than 24,000 readers every quarter – a broad audience of end-users, formulators, raw material suppliers and service providers – through a printed publication and a digital edition, as well as monthly ENewsletters and an interactive website.
Peterson Publications will also partner with RadTech to publish the magazine each quarter.
“We are very excited to partner with RadTech on UV+EB Technology,” says Jeff Peterson, president of Peterson Publications. “There simply will not be a more targeted publication for companies involved in UV and/or EB curing processes.”
