The final Electron Beam Benefits in Packaging seminar will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott in Newark, NJ, USA.
The event targets flexible packaging producers, label printers, folding carton converters and brand owners. EB Benefits will highlight information on the power and advantages that EB technology can bring to packaging operations, and this seminar features industry thought leaders presenting a wide spectrum of important EB topics essential to tomorrow’s package printing innovators.
The event will cover the financial, sustainability and safety ramifications of using EB technology and how press manufacturers are adopting their business models to accommodate EB use.
PCT Engineered Systems will host the event, and the day will feature a number of industry leaders presenting insight on a variety of EB-related package printing topics. These include: Recent EB Innovations That Are Changing Package Converting; Sustainability Benefits of EB Curing in Food Packaging; EB Chemistry’s Role in Global Food Packaging Safety; Ink and Coating Evolution To Accommodate EB Curing; EB Printing Press Design Considerations, and Putting It All Together: A Customer Case Study in Implementing EB.
This regional seminar is the final of three planned events. The inaugural seminar was held in Milwaukee, WI, USA in September, and a second seminar was held in Atlanta, GA, USA in November.
