Kocher + Beck has announced that Cindy Keith, who started off with the company as an intern two years ago, has returned to the company to take on responsibilities in marketing and human resources. After success with several marketing related projects, Keith organized Kocher + Beck’s appearance at the 2014 Labelexpo Americas in Chicago.
Keith will be focusing on major projects related to marketing and human resources such as the re-creation of the company’s website, next year’s Labelexpo, and Kocher + Beck’s approach toward employee recruiting, retention and performance management.
“I feel extremely fortunate to receive this opportunity and to further develop within a company that reflects my own personality so strongly,” she says. “Growing up in Germany, I can identify with Kocher + Beck’s core values and I am very excited to watch the company further expand on to the North and South American market.”
“Cindy is a great asset to our company,” adds Daniel Grammatikos, vice president of finance and administration. “Her work ethic and background are a perfect fit for our marketing and HR department. We added another essential piece to our company to continue our successful growth in the North and South American market.”
