The 2015 Wage and Benefit Survey Report –a popular Association program for members –is now available. This 56 page study was published in fall 2015 on behalf of all the affiliates of Printing Industries of America. This year’s survey includes more than 600 participating companies and includes compensation reporting for nearly 22,000 employees, an increase from 2014’s 19,000 employees.
A specific regional analysis is also included for companies located in the Printing Industries Alliance footprint of New York State, New Jersey and Northwestern Pennsylvania. Data is included for a wide variety of positions including:

IT
Prepress
Digital printing
Sheetfed and web press operations
Narrow web/collators/specialty presses
Finishing/converting
Flexo
Bindery
Mailing and Fulfillment
Warehouse/maintenance
The report has two sections; compensation and benefits. The compensation section includes hourly wages and yearly salaries for a variety of staff and management positions. The benefits section includes data on HR policies, vacation and holidays, health insurance, production shifts, overtime, leave and absence policies, performance incentives, and pensions/profit sharing. Printing Industries Alliance members who participated in the survey have received a free copy of the report.
Member companies who did not participate in the survey can purchase a report for $250. The purchase price for non-members is $1,000.
