Inland, a labels and packaging company in La Crosse, WI, USA, has announced the acquisition of Monet Graphics, in Downingtown, PA, USA. The acquisition, which is the first of its kind for Inland, comes after a recent local expansion and rebrand for Inland. Inland was featured in L&NW’s October 2015 issue as a “Company to Watch.”
“It is our goal to continue to grow this company. Finding the right partners to join the Inland family is one component of our strategy,” explains Mark Glendenning, CEO and owner of Inland. “Not only did we see the level of experience and technical expertise that we were looking for, Monet’s culture is one that fits well with what we’ve built at Inland.”
Monet Graphics, a flexographic printer of primary labels and coupons, was founded in 1995. They have 23 people employed at its 30,000 square foot facility in Downingtown. Inland plans on capitalizing on the newly acquired company by maintaining and growing their existing business, with future plans to include new business. The plant will serve as an addition to Inland’s three facilities in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with their corporate office remaining at their 2009 West Avenue South location.
