Nilpeter sales office opens in Southeast Asia
Nilpeter, the narrow web press manufacturer, has opened a sales and service center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is located at the premises of Intergrafica Print & Pack, Nilpeter’s partner in Southeast Asia.
The move is part of the company’s goal of expanding its presence in the region, including India. The office is operated by Claus V. Larsen, recently appointed sales manager after spending several years with Mark Andy in Asia. Paul Myatt, the technical manager, previously worked with Nilpeter Ltd. in the UK.
The director of the Asian operation is Kim-Regin Sustmann, based at headquarters in Slagelse, Denmark. He will continue to take an active sales role in various Asian markets, especially in Northeast Asia, which involves the cooperation of Votra/MAN-Roland, Nilpeter’s long-established sales partner in the region. A showroom is currently being planned for the Kuala Lumpur office. Nilpeter will offer training programs for customers and agents, as well as conduct practical tests of materials and consumables.
