The DirEXCut dual rotary knife module is designed for use in folio sheeting operations. It features dead-shafted knife cylinders mounted in a cartridge configuration that can be retrofitted into an existing fixed bed sheeter. Each knife cylinder uses a helically-wrapped, CPM blade.The infeed side features an adjustable nip section and a swivel operator console with touch screen control panel stores over 50 run specifications.
