Flexible packagers explore the trends
The Flexible Packaging Association’s 2003 Fall Executive Conference, titled “Optimizing Opportunities for Flexible Packaging,” will take place October 29 at the Hotel Inter-Continental in Chicago.
A feature of the program will be participation from leading end-users within the institutional and consumer packaged goods industries. They will discuss the drivers of packaging decisions and the best growth opportunities for flexible packaging.
Howard Blum, of Kline & Company, will present an analysis of the $120 billion US flexible packaging industry, including major trends, trade-offs, and movements between key packaging segments including flexible, corrugated, paperboard, glass, metal cans, plastic bottles, and other rigid plastic markets.
