Environmental, Macro sign ink agreement
Environmental Inks and Coatings (EIC), of Morganton, NC, has signed an agreement with Macro (Inks) Australia to distribute Macro’s Ultra VS Flexo Shrink inks throughout the Americas. The agreement was announced in October by EIC President Paul Schroeder and Damian Smyth, Macro’s sales and marketing manager.
According to the companies, Ultra VS Flexo Shrink inks print strong, bright and clean on shrink film applications using UV flexo printing. The inks will shrink up to 70 percent, and have low odor free-radical chemistry They are manufactured in the US using Macro’s proprietary technology.
Environmental Inks and Coatings manufactures water based and UV curable inks for all types of packaging, envelope and label applications. The company has operations in the Netherlands, as well as eight branches in the United States, and distributors around the globe.
