Pamarco Technologies acquired by equity firm
Pamarco Technologies Inc., of Roselle, NJ, USA, a manufacturer of anilox rolls, has been sold by Bradford Investments to the private equity firm J.P. Kotts & Company. Pamarco Technologies, which has several divisions serving the printing industry, was founded in 1994 and grew through acquisitions.
Pamarco Global Graphics manufactures laser engraved ceramic and chrome anilox rolls. Other products include embossing rolls and machinery, gravure cylinders and photopolymer printing plates. The Solutions Division produces cleaning materials, Rotec sleeve systems, tapes, proofers, and CellBase, an anilox volume measuring system.
Other divisions include Accel Graphic Systems, which manufactures hot air drying systems; Chicago Manifold Products, maker of rubber rollers and pressroom consumables; and Diamond Holding Corporation, which manufactures printing rollers, elastomer formulations and low VOC roller washes.
The existing management team, led by CEO Terry Ford, will continue to operate the Pamarco Technologies group of companies. “This purchase,” says Ford, “will pave the way for further expansion through the development of new products and the acquisition of other companies as well as greater utilization of the existing synergies of the group.”
