ChemInstruments, a division of Chemsultants International, held its first global sales meeting recently to plan educational programs and other tactics for the future. The session was held in Chemsultants' new international headquarters in Mentor, OH, USA. Attending were company representatives from Argentina, Canada, China, England, Italy, Mexico, and the United States.
"This meeting will ultimately benefit our clients; they are the folks who will profit from the planning and the changes to come out as a result of the meeting," says Dick Muny, president and CEO of Chemsultants International. "The purpose of the three-day intensive meeting was to continue to provide our representatives with an increasing level of knowledge and information on the company’s products and services in order to provide the superior support that our clients deserve," adds Gary Avalon, COO.
Educational programs, problem solving, use of the continually upgraded web site, and hands-on equipment presentations, were some of the many subjects discussed.
"With the acquisition of Adhesive Consultants, the Tantec surface energy meter product line, and other new product developments, we felt that it was absolutely essential to have on-site training for our sales representatives, in order to meet, and exceed, our clients’ needs. This is one more way of providing our clients with the best possible products and services available," says Keith Muny, ChemInstruments president.
Chemsultants International specializes in the testing, pilot coating, laminating, and product development applicable to the global adhesive industry. The company also provides consulting services and offers technical training programs and educational workshops.
