Ceramic electrode
QC Electronics
Portage WI USA
QC Electronics has introduced a high powered ceramic electrode that increases the efficiency of converters’ corona treaters so that it allows them to boost their line speeds by up to 20 percent without changing the power level. Converters running bare roll corona treaters can retrofit the new QC DT+XL electrode into existing corona treating equipment — regardless of the manufacturer. Converters will see increased line speeds, dyne levels and profits, according to QC.
