Novum wins award
from Tools & Production
Novum Graphics, the Swiss company set up by Larissa Eitner in 2004, has been named “Fastest Growing Dealer” by Tools & Production (T&P), the US manufacturer of rotary punch units, slitters and diecutting equipment for the narrow web market.
Presenting the award at Labelexpo Europe 2007, T&P’s Sales Manager Peter Tupman said: “We are delighted with the success that Novum has had in Eastern Europe, where it has recorded considerable sales growth in the past three years. It is testimony to the hard work that Larissa has put in to establishing the T&P brand.”
With the rapid growth of narrow web in markets stretching from Latvia through Russia to the Ukraine, Novum Graphics has been successful selling T&P equipment fitted to Mark Andy, Comco, Gallus, and GiDue presses. T&P’s punch units are manufactured for specific requirements including parking and transit tickets, the big growth area of tea tags and envelopes, pricing labels, and wrist bands. The company also provides units for punching sprocket holes to the continuous stationery and label industries. Novum Graphics also represents Harper Graphics, Aztec Machinery, Alphason-ics, RotoMetrics, JM Heaford, Karlville and Rotocolor in Russia.
T&P, which has been in business for more than 50 years, is based in Temple City, CA, USA.
