Tapecon acquires a new Xeikon digital press
Tapecon, a label converter in Buffalo, NY, USA, has invested in a Xeikon 3300 digital color label press. The company, more than 90 years old, serves customers in a range of markets, including food and beverage, health and beauty, medical and medical devices, and military.

The Xeikon 3300 will further enable us to provide these value-added solutions. The Xeikon 3300 offers 1200 dpi resolution at four bits per spot. It has a top speed of 63 feet per minute and a monthly duty cycle of 2.3 million feet. The press includes five color stations, four of which are for the standard process colors.
