Industry veteran Kenny launches consultancy
Jeff Kenny, a 21-year veteran of the label industry, has launched his own consulting business: J.P. Kenny & Associates. Kenny worked for nine years in the pressure sensitive materials supply business, and 12 years as a label converter.
His experiences have encompassed many segments and niches in the industry. He has served as an engineer, finance manager, quality manager, plant manager, general manager, VP of sales and marketing, president, and chief operating officer for such industry leaders as Avery Dennison, WS Packaging, Standard Register, and Bertek Systems.
“I’ve been blessed to work with great people over the years who have taught me many different ways to significantly improve business results,” Kenny says.
Focus areas for Kenny’s consulting services include: leadership development, strategic planning and execution, revenue growth, acquisition integration, organization design, cost reduction, productivity improvement, quality improvement, strategic sourcing, project management, ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
