Flint Group has announced the market launch of nyoflex NExT, a high-intensity UV exposure technology which aims to enable precise reproduction of digital layouts onto finished printing plates by exposing the plates with UV-A-LEDs. The technology is available in two units: NExT Exposure F III, a midsize exposure unit with a 920 x 1200 mm format, and NExT Exposure FV, a large size exposure unit with a 1320 x 2032 mm format. According to the company, this technology does not require any additional consumables and it suitable for all standard digital plates in all plate formats and thicknesses.
