May 22, 2012

Correct-Touch (CT) Graphic Arts, based out of San Luis Obispo, CA, USA, has announced the installation of an Esko CDI Spark 2530 unit at Miles Label Company in Tucson, AZ, USA.

Starting in 1912 out of the garage of Russel Hubert Miles in Des Moines, IA, Miles Label Co. has survived a move halfway across the United States and a plant fire to celebrate its 100th birthday.

Miles Label’s printing capabilties range from the smallest to the largest of projects and from computer, UL and fan-folded labels to continuous, piggyback and individual labels. Miles Label can also provide eight-color capabilities with foil stamping as one of the colors with UV coatings and four-color process printing and doming, along with one color short and long runs.

Scott Keran, president of CT Graphic Arts, says, “Happy Birthday Miles Label, What a great gift to give yourself for your 100th celebration! The installation of the Esko CDI at Miles Label Co. is just another example of how dedicated everyone at Miles Label Co. is to offering their customers the highest quality product that they possibly can.”

CT Graphic Arts is a provider of prepress and pressroom products and is the nationwide distributor of Asahi Photopolymer materials, including Asahi AWP & AFP photopolymer plate materials.
