acpo expands line of UL overlaminates

July 10, 2012

Self-wound overlaminate manufacturer, acpo ltd., Oak Harbor, OH, USA, has introduced its expanded line of UL listed overlaminates. Coated with a clear emulsion acrylic adhesive, these polyester films are available in both clear and matte finishes for multiple end use applications. These products have been tested to UL Specification 969 – Marking and Labeling Systems, file number MH18515.

Product 692 provides an optically clear, glossy appearance while product 631 offers a soft, matte low glare finish. To meet variable data needs, 631T and 692T are thermal transfer and hot stamp printable as well as Videojet compatible. When superior UV protection is needed to reduce color fading of indoor and outdoor labels, product 691V is available with a glossy finish. For end uses requiring optimal clarity and thermal transfer capability, product N6101N is a polyester on a clear polyester release liner. This PS laminate also presents a smooth unwind for better tension control.
