Sonic Solutions introduces new Phoenix Series

January 24, 2014

alist based in Mokena, IL, USA, has announced the new Phoenix Series, an anilox cleaning system developed to meet the specific needs of customers.

The Phoenix Series features a safer level of ultrasonics  – 68 kHz  – to allow smaller bubbles to get into the cells of the higher line count anilox rolls. It also features a modified external power generator that is interchangeable and easily replaceable. A safer heating system increases reliability with fixed thermostat settings and low level automatic shut-off. In addition, the Phoenix series is desgned to be longer lasting as it is enhanced with replaceable ultrasonic transducers as well as timing pulleys with bearings.

To coincide with larger sleeves and anilox rolls, the system is fully customizable and can clean rolls up to 10 feet. “No anilox is too large for Sonic Solutions, from three inches to 10 feet,  from one roll to eight rolls at a time, we can economically make a system to fit your needs,” says Joe Walczak, president of Sonic Solutions.
