Alden & Ott will be introducing its UV/LED Flexo inks at Labelexpo. The ink system is engineered with the latest resin technology to meet the demanding European regulations for food and packaging. The inks are formulated for low odor with minimal taste transfer and low migration potential. The inks will achieve high gloss and excellent print quality of packaging materials such as labels, cartons and treated fi lms. The use of UV/LED eliminates the need for multiple ink systems. This system is formulated to achieve Pantone colors on a 3.5 BCM and process colors on a 1.5-2.0 BCM anilox rolls. The UV/LED Flexo series is available in a complete line of Pantone Formula Color Guide, Pastel Color Guide and 4-Color Process Inks.
