Omet demonstrates iFlex and XFlex X6 presses

The iFlex, recently nominated for an innovation award, is on display for the first time at Labelexpo Americas.
Omet is highlighting its latest technologies at Labelexpo Americas. The iFlex and XFlex X6 are being demonstrated daily at booth 3123. In addition, the XFlex X6 is on display at the Durst stand, integrated with the digital print module Durst Tau 330 UV.
The iFlex is on display for the first time at Labelexpo Americas, and it was recently nominated for the Label Industry Global Award for Innovation 2016.
Three daily demos are illustrating the machine’s potential, with the inline addition of the new Kurz DISTORUN module for the application of foils and holograms with foil-savers.
XFlex X6, known for its use in label printing and flexible packaging, is being demonstrated with its new capabilities and fully automated multifunction for printing labels with variable data quickly, without downtime and waste. The 10-color press is being shown at 11 am, 1:30 pm, and 4 pm in Rosemont, IL.
Omet is also discussing its partnership with The Sonoco institute at Clemson University. An initiative is underway at the show to make it possible for visitors taking part in a game to win a prize.
