Weldon Celloplast, founded in 1982 by Harveer Singh Sahni, was one of the first companies in India to start local production of tapes and release papers as well as self-adhesive label stocks. Weldon recently set up a separate division to be able to offer its customers international consumables as well as equipment and accessories for narrow web label printers in India.
