DIP Company, the manufacturer of "Quick Change" disposable ink fountains, has announced it will be merging its corporate office in Bloomington, MN, USA with the company's production facility in Delta, CO, USA, effective October 1, 2014.
Due to the upcoming retirement of Vickie Mead, customer service, and JoAnn Bohn, finance manager, DIP Company has decided it is no longer necessary to keep the Minnesota location open. Mark Thompson, CEO, will continue to work via satellite office locations in both Minnesota and Florida. All functions of the company will reside at the Colorado location. In addition, DIP Company has completed a 2,500 square foot expansion to the Colorado location to accommodate current and future growth.
Theron Johnson, president of DIP Company, comments, “This merger benefits both DIP and our customers tremendously. It brings customer service and production under one roof. The communication benefits are tremendous and will allow us to service all of our customers more quickly. We could not be more pleased.”
DIP Company has provided its ‘Quick Change’ disposable liner systems to the flexographic printing industry for over 29 years. The company aims to help reduce water contamination and save resources for future generations.
