Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) has announced that it will host a new event – the FTA Emerging Leaders Golf Outing – that will take place on March 5, 2016 at the exclusive Golf Course Fossil Creek in Fort Worth, Texas. The event, sponsored by the FTA Hall of Fame, welcomes all levels of players, men and women, with proceeds going toward various initiatives to support to the association’s young, aspiring leaders.
Participants will enjoy lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart and greens fees included, hole contests, raffles and a post outing reception.
The outing offers an opportunity for the young, rising leaders of FTA to engage with other key influencers for a day of fun and networking. It will take place a day before the Association’s largest and most highly attended events – the 2016 Forum & INFO*FLEX – that take place March 6-9, attracting some 2,000 package printers and converters from across the world.
“Our goal for this event is to bring together all levels of players for a fun-filled day of golf and fundraising support for the newly established FTA Emerging Leaders Committee,” says FTA President Mark Cisternino. “It’s events such as this that allow us to combine the challenge and camaraderie of a day of golf, while also supporting important endeavors to help FTA continue to meet the needs of its members.”
FTA is currently welcoming sponsors as well as participants. Additional information can be found on FTA’s website, www.flexography.org/EmergingLeadersGolf.
