Tapecon, Inc., a specilaty printer and converter in Buffalo, NY, USA, has announced that Jay Ziegler has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Ziegler brings a breadth of industry experience and knowledge to his new role. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in the printing industry with entry-level positions of packaging and machine operation into roles of increasing responsibility in customer service, product management, and sales. He continued to hone product and materials knowledge in outside sales.
Ziegler joined Tapecon in 2003 as a marketing specialist. After joining the Tapecon team, he was promoted into a director-level marketing role which later came to encompass sales and customer service and eventually all front-end operations. In his newly defined role, Ziegler will oversee all sales and operations functions while working to plan and execute strategic objectives.
