KURZ Transfer Products, L.P., a leader in hot and cold foil stamping technologies, has announced the addition of digitally printed heat transfer foils to its portfolio, integrating four-color process print resolution with the functional chemistries Kurz is known for.
April Lytle, marketing coordinator for Kurz, notes, “Our new digital capability offers a wide range of advantages for brand owners – sharply reduced lead times, variable production runs from short to long, photographic quality print resolution, printing of variable data including bar codes, QR codes, random or sequential serialization.”
The aesthetic design capabilities can be further enhanced by the addition of covert security features. "Hurz heat transfers have proven themselves in a large variety of different application areas, including household appliances, writing instruments, primary packaging for cosmetics, oral care and medical products, among others," adds Lyte. "Kurz heat transfer foils are always developed with the customer's application processes, functional requirements, substrates and any other particular needs in mind."
