AWT Labels & Packaging has made several personnel decisions, adding Nancy Brake as the South Elgin VP of operations and Nan Jaeger as human resources generalist/manager. The company has also transitioned Brad Beskau from project manager to sales management in the medical segment. These personnel changes are effective as of July 2016.
Brake joined the South Elgin facility on April 25, relocating from North Carolina and bringing extensive knowledge in the flexible packaging food, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets. She has experience in areas of manufacturing, quality, safety, GMP, pricing and sales service, as well as a strong focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Beskau, based in Minneapolis, is shifting from label development/project manager to sales. He has been with the Minneapolis facility since 2012, bringing valuable contributions to the company's prepress group and most recently working as a project manager supporting the medical segment. His drive to identify his customers’ project requirements has enabled him to achieve a high level of results on a wide range of projects. In his new role, Beskau will manage assigned accounts and assist the medical business development manager to grow the company’s medical segment.
Jaeger joined AWT in June as the new human resource manager. She brings over 20 years of human resources management experience to AWT and places a high value on communication and maintaining confidentiality and trust in the workplace.
