Meyers, a Minneapolis-based signage, display, label and card manufacturer, has once again achieved G7 Master Qualification. This prestigious qualification was awarded by Idealliance, a non-profit industry group dedicated to guiding print production best practices, specifications, and standards, worldwide. Through the renewing of Meyers G7 Master Qualification the company remains in a select group of print service providers who have successfully completed training, examination and qualification of their print production processes to validate their capabilities at the highest level of global industry standards and specifications.
G7 is Idealliance’s set of best practices for achieving gray balance and is the driving force for achieving visual similarity across all print processes. The application of this method enables printers to reproduce a similar visual appearance across all printing types and substrates.
“Meyers is committed to producing the best, most consistent quality in the industry,” says Matt Evers, Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Meyers. “The G7 Master process control and color match has set the standard for what our employees and customers have come to expect. We’re proud to be recognized for the high print quality we produce and once again achieved this distinction.”
"We applaud Meyers for utilizing the G7 Master Program to assure consistency and quality in their proofing, brand color management and print processes," comments Steve Bonoff for Idealliance. "G7 Master Qualification demonstrates a level of control and expertise that places Meyers at the top of their field. We applaud their leadership, commitment and support of the G7 Master Qualification Program."
In the October 2016 issue of Label & Narrow Web, Meyers was featured as a Company to Watch.
