BST eltromat has unveiled its new ekr commander for the company's ekr 500 digital controller at Labelexpo Europe. The ekr now comes with a touchscreen and even more intuitive operation. BST eltromat is also showing how its flexibly configurable web guiding systems CompactGuide and EcoGuide enable label manufacturers to guide their materials through their production machines with complete accuracy.
With BST's web monitoring solutions, label manufacturers can be certain that they are supplying labels that meet their customers’ quality requirements. BST has demonstrated its POWERScope 5000 web monitoring system in action on a rewinder; the system was originally introduced at the drupa 2016. The SHARK 4000 LEX 100% inspection system and the TubeScan eagle view developed by Nyquist Systems, a BST eltromat cooperation partner, have been exhibited on the same rewinder.
The QLink-Workflow offers new possibilities for synchronization, data handling and error editing within the TubeScan family of systems. It has been presented in detail at the Nyquist booth.

The FSS 15 ink fountain control ensures high-precision color setting in all offset printing plants, while the AR4000 register control provides register precision with cost efficiency.
